The movie premieres on January 16, 2009.

About a week before the premiere, The New Barker and Muvico will host a dog-friendly party at their Starlight 20 Theaters in Tampa.

There will be prizes, entertainment and fundraising for local dog rescues (TBD). Vouchers to attend the movie premiere will be given out. Moviegoers will be able to attend Hotel For Dogs on the 16th (only service dogs, however, are allowed in theaters).
